Ascend Personnel was started in August 2008 by Jonathan Schultz. Jonathan served his country honorably in the United States army for eight years, serving four years at Ft. Benning GA and fours years at Ft. Riley KS. While at Ft. Riley, Jonathan earned his business degree from Kansas State University. Jonathan has continued to use his life experiences in serving others around Cincinnati and within his community.
I really enjoy assisting people with finding a rewarding career. At Ascend, we get to know each candidate beyond just his or her resume. We find out the skills and qualities that will achieve the perfect fit for each job position.

With an Applied Business degree and a long and varied career in the customer service field, combined with attention to detail, Amy offers a high degree of professionalism and compassion to job seekers and potential clients.
Lindy Wilking, Account Manager
I am a Account Manager for Ascend Personnel. I enjoy working with this company where I can utilize my 10 years of customer service and administrative skills to bring positive outcomes to our clients, employees, potential employees and company. I strive for the best customer service possible. My role as Account Manager consists of creating long-term trusting relationships with our clients, develop new business from existing clients and seek new sales opportunities, posting open positions on our company website (ascendtalent.com), job boards (craigslist) and social media sites such as (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) to satisfy our clients in filling their employer needs with the best possible candidates and maintain a high quality of excellence to meet their standards. I strive to give the same satisfaction to our employees and potential employees in their career search by placing them accordingly in the best possible positions based on their skills and qualifications. I also serve as one of the point of contacts for all our employees and potential employees.
